This documentation explains the features and how to use them step by step for a quick start.

Messages are automatically deleted after a time period set by the administrator (24–720 hours).

• Show All Rooms
  All forums, meeting rooms, break rooms, and group rooms are listed.

  

• Forum
  A forum is a permanently established chat room. The owner of a forum is the user System.

• Manage Meeting Rooms
  Manage Meeting Rooms
  Meeting rooms are permanent spaces, similar to forums. Unlike forums, they can be deleted by their owner. The owner also determines who is allowed to enter the room.

• Create Break Room
  Break rooms are temporary rooms. They remain active as long as 1 participant is in the room. After a time period set by the administrator, the break room is converted into a forum. A new forum has been created.

• Create Group Room
  Group rooms are temporary rooms that require an invitation. They are intended for a small circle of participants. Each group member can invite additional people. The group room remains active as long as 1 participant is in the room.

• 1:1 Private Chat
  Two people can talk privately. Private chats are not saved and do not appear under “Show All Rooms.”

• Reject Chat Requests
  Checking this box prevents 1:1 chat requests from other users.
